1. Cancellation Policy
1.1 Room Reservations:
– Individual Bookings: Guests who wish to cancel an individual room reservation must do so 72 hours full refund before the scheduled check-in date to avoid a cancellation fee. The exact cancellation period will be specified at the time of booking.
– Group Bookings: For group reservations, specific cancellation terms and deadlines will be provided in the group contract or reservation confirmation.
1.2 Event and Function Bookings:
– Events and functions booked with The 9th Hotels and Resorts are subject to individualized cancellation terms and conditions. These terms will be outlined in the event contract.
2. No-Show Policy
If you fail to arrive at the hotel on the scheduled check-in date without prior notification, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows are subject to the full reservation charge for the entire stay or event.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Room Reservations:
– Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the terms of your specific reservation and the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking.
– Processing Time: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 48 hours 50% refund after receiving a valid refund request.
3.2 Event and Function Bookings:
– Refund Eligibility: Refunds for event and function bookings are subject to the terms of the event contract and the cancellation policy specified therein.
– Processing Time: 24 hours no refund
4. Modification Policy
4.1 Room Reservations:
– Modifications: Guests may request modifications to their reservations (e.g., changes to dates, room type, etc.) subject to availability and the terms of their reservation. Modifications may result in rate changes.
– Deadline: Modification requests must be made 5 working days before the scheduled check-in date.
4.2 Event and Function Bookings:
– Modifications: Event and function bookings may be modified based on availability and in accordance with the terms of the event contract.
